5. ORDER PROCESSING

We cannot accept orders via phone, email or text. All orders must go through the website, for highest security measures. We do this in order to protect your payment as well as personal information. Our checkout process utilizes security through SSL encryption, which allow you to safely make payments using our PCI-DSS compliantpages.

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received during normal business hours.

Please note that the receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your order nor a confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, including quantities. For credit card transactions, payment is subject to approval by the issuing financial institution, and we are not liable if the institution declines or fails to honor the payment. Additionally, we may require pre-approval for orders exceeding certain values and may request further verification or information before processing any order. If the order is cancelled, the authorization on your card will be voided and no money will be charged. If your card has been charged, a refund will be issued to your credit card. Modification of any vehicle by installing parts sold by Melem Motorsports could alter the vehicle’s on-road performance, resulting in bodily harm or property damage. Modifications may also nullify other warranties on your vehicle. Due to the nature of use, in purchasing any item from Melem Motorsports, you hereby assume full responsibility for any legal ramifications, property damage, or personal injury that may occur.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
